Since its inception, the festival has been committed to promoting integrative health, personal growth, and well-being by bringing together professionals, enthusiasts, and curious minds in a spirit of openness and sharing.
A rich and diverse program
Each day offers a series of lectures and workshops on a variety of topics: neuroscience, sacred sexuality, aromatherapy, stress management, yoga, breathwork, herbalism, family constellations, Qi Gong, and more.
Among the guests of honor:
- Jean-Marc Léger, president of Léger, expert in social trends.
- Joël Monzée, Doctor of Neuroscience and leading figure in integrative psychology.
And some twenty renowned speakers, including Dr. Anne-Isabelle Dionne (functional medicine), Éric Simard (researcher in the biology of aging), Jean-Yves Dionne (apothecary), Michel Turbide (aromatherapist), Martine Poirier (sexologist), Vanessa Champagne (master herbalist), Laur Fugère, and many others.
You will also have access to immersive workshops led by specialists such as Annie Lampron (holistic health), Geneviève Pépin (Qi Gong), Mélanie Brunet (breathwork), and Sandra Lévesque (conscious movement).
Highlights not to be missed
Opening ceremony with drums – Friday, August 22 at 7:30 p.m.
Jacques Nadon and Lany Côté will guide you through a powerful collective ceremony, where each participant will have their own drum to experience a moment of vibration, grounding, and connection.
Crystal bowl, voice, and harp concert – Saturday, August 23, at 7:30 p.m.
A unique vibrational performance with Laur Fugère and Annabelle Renzo, immersing you in the soothing frequencies of the harp and intuitive singing.
Petite-monnaie Triathlon – Sunday, August 24, starting at 9 a.m.
A sporting challenge open to all: 800 m swim in Viceroy Lake, 20 km bike ride, 5 km run. All participants receive free admission to the festival on that day.
The ultimate experience: sleeping on site in a glamping tent
