Outaouais Health & well-being Festival

“You can’t negotiate with nature”
Under this thought-provoking theme, the festival invites us to reflect deeply on our relationship with life, health, and the laws of nature. The activities highlight the profound connections between humans and ecosystems, as well as the health of the body, emotions, and mind.
This is an invitation to come together in the pursuit of well-being, to recognize our interconnectedness with all living things, and to explore practical ways to move toward a more sustainable and harmonious future.
Since its inception, the festival has been dedicated to promoting integrative health, personal growth, and well-being by bringing together professionals, enthusiasts, and those with a curiosity for the subject in a spirit of openness and sharing.
