Petite Nation en fête, 3 days of festivities

Matt Lang, Sara Dufour, Bleu Jeans Bleu, Marjo, Lendemain de veille, Martin Deschamps, Breen Leboeuf, Jonas and other activities for 3 days

The third edition of Petite Nation en fête will offer three evenings of major shows, from August 14 to 16, 2025, on a large outdoor stage in the heart of the City of Thurso.

Les Productions Les 2 vallées have succeeded in assembling a line-up worthy of Quebec's major musical events, on the Petite-Nation territory. Nearly 20,000 people are expected to attend the 3-acre site. Devcore is the official presenter for a third year.

The event kicks off on August 14 with the Hommage aux Colocs show, performed by a band that has been touring the 4 corners of Quebec for 20 years. Then, two of Quebec's most festive bands of the moment, Lendemain de veille and Bleu Jeans Bleu, take to the big stage. It's impossible not to dance at a Lendemain de veille show, with their catchy, upbeat songs. What can we say about Bleu Jeans Bleu and their many hits, including the legendary Coton ouaté?

The following day, L'Expédition, a tribute to the Cowboys Fringants, will warm up the crowd for what promises to be an extremely festive evening. Then it's the turn of the energetic Sara Dufour to take to the big stage to present songs from her 3 albums. She'll be followed by Quebec's best-known country singer, Matt Lang.

Saturday night promises to be epic, with many Quebec rock icons taking to the big stage. The evening kicks off with Jonas, a true rock star on stage. Then, the duo Martin Deschamps and Breen Leboeuf will take festival-goers back to the glory years of Offenbach. Marjo, the rocker who needs no introduction, will bring this superb evening to a close.

Throughout the three days, a stage will also be set up on the terrace to welcome singer Danny Richard, who will perform before and after the main shows.

A huge outdoor terrace, seating 500, will also be set up on the event site. Street trucks will also be on hand to keep the party going in the heart of Thurso.

Circus arts come to Thurso

On August 15 and 16, the site will come alive with a host of circus-related activities. To this end, Les Productions Les 2 vallées has called on Flip Fabrique, a major player in the Quebec circus arts scene. Multidisciplinary circus shows, strolling entertainment and introductory circus arts workshops are just some of the activities planned for these two days.
