The spa experience
All treatments last a minimum of one hour because we believe there are no shortcuts to a memorable spa experience.
The spa also welcomes clients who are not guests of the hotel.
Arrival – spa etiquette
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to avoid feeling any stress and to relax for a few minutes in our lounge.
Dress code in the spa
You will receive a bathrobe and slippers and be assigned a locker for your personal effects. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables with you. Some treatments involve heavy concentrations of minerals and may discolour jewelry.
Gratuities
It is desirable to leave a tip to service providers. You may add a gratuity when settling the bill or leave a tip in the envelope provided, when leaving. It is customary to leave a 15% tip or more for exceptional service.
