Spring, Summer, fall

The forest features an extensive network of marked trails ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The varied trails are perfect for both family outings and athletic challenges.

Behind the visitor center, a bike skills park features wooden obstacles designed for riders ages 8 and up—ideal for practicing balance and technique. Helmets are required for mountain biking and in the bike park. A repair station is also available at the visitor center, which is convenient before or after a ride.

Accommodations in the heart of nature

The park offers on-site lodging options, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Whether it’s rustic cabins, ready-to-camp sites, or seasonal campgrounds, each option lets you extend your stay in the heart of the forest. Sleeping in the mountains, waking up to the sound of birdsong, or gazing at the stars far from light pollution is an integral part of the experience.

Services and Practical Information

  • The park is open from dawn to dusk. There are several parking lots and a visitor center with restrooms.
  • Dogs are allowed on a leash, except inside the reception chalet.
  • Equipment Rental and Loan through Circonflexe
  • Accessible tourism: Thanks to the acquisition of a Joëlette—an all-terrain hiking chair—people with limited mobility can now enjoy the trails. Available free of charge by reservation through the Circonflexe program, this initiative allows even more people to experience the joys of the outdoors and hiking. Because nature is for everyone!
A place to discover and rediscover, season after season, to reconnect with nature and enjoy the unique landscape of the Petite Nation region.

Winter

As soon as the first snowflakes fall, the park transforms into a winter playground. Cross-country skiers, snowshoers, and fat-bike riders crisscross the groomed trails, which range from easy to difficult. Near the visitor center, tubing and sledding add a fun touch that’s perfect for families.
