Where nature and passion meet
Upon arrival, guests receive a warm welcome at this magnificent natural pine log cabin, open year-round. The inn offers 30 air-conditioned rooms, including four apartments with kitchens and living rooms, ideal for extended stays. There are affordable rooms, luxurious suites with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs, as well as practical two-bedroom suites, perfect for families or groups.
Three reception rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people are available for weddings, meetings, or corporate events. The large terrace overlooking the course is perfect for relaxing, summer or winter.
During the winter season, the site becomes a playground for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts. Equipment is not required, as Altitude offers a rental service on site.
As for the golf course, it was born from a visionary dream. In 1989, Elijah Jones wanted to create a course that respected nature, without blasting, letting the landscape guide the layout. Inaugurated in 1992 with the collaboration of Paul Simard, the 6,700-yard course hugs the natural contours of the Laurentians, with marked elevation changes, generous fairways, mature woodlands, and vast, undulating greens renowned for their quality.
Since 2019, under the leadership of Denis Marcotte, the site has been given a new lease on life. The goal remains clear: to offer accessible, high-quality golf for both experienced golfers and the next generation, in a setting where nature always takes center stage.
