Lovely three-bedroom cottage (occupation for 8 guests and up to 10 with a surcharge) located directly on lac Simonet (navigable). It offers a superb view on the lake and sunsets. The interior is cozy and the cottage fully equipped: two kayaks, dock, outdoor fireplace on the lake shore, barbecue, terrace, patio set and all the kitchen equipment.

Simonet 2: (15 chemin du Barrage in Saint-André -Avellin)
A very large, fully renovated, five-bedroom cottage located on a vast wooded lot bordering the Petite Nation River, pleasant and safe for swimming. The panoramic view is impressive, the interior decor cozy, The cottage is fully equipped: 1 canoe, 1 kayak, terrace, patio set, outdoor fireplace by the water, television, DVD, air hockey table and all the kitchen equipment.
