Superb log Scandinavian-style chalet located directly on the shore of Lac Simon. Very peaceful site on a wooded 44,000 ft² lot with 380 feet of frontage on the lake.

The cottage has four storeys and can comfortably welcome 14 guests. Four bedrooms are located at the garden level, two of which are luxury master bedrooms with a gas fireplace and private bath, complete with Scandinavian-style vanity with two washbasins and a large glass and slate shower. The garden level also has two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms with queen-size beds and sharing a semi-private bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub.

The ground floor has 5 bedrooms, a dining room featuring an artisan-built table seating 14 guests, a comfortably furnished living room offering a splendid view on a stone fireplace mantle, both subtle and imposing, supporting a 60-inch flat-screen television. The practical kitchen is designed to encourage participatory meal preparation. It features a 4’ x 8’ island with an integrated vegetable cutting board allowing the simultaneous involvement of several cordons blues. All the stainless-steel appliances are of semi-commercial quality from Kitchen Aid. The main features of the kitchen are undoubtedly the impressive brick range hood as well as the ceiling held by several massive white pine beams.

The mezzanine offers a game area (poker, billiards and foosball tables, etc.) for the enjoyment of young and old!

The outdoor layout features two large Western red cedar balconies (38′ x 12′) overlooking the lake.  Attached to the balcony is a large gazebo serving as an outdoor dining room and offering a breathtaking view on the lake and mountains. A second gazebo, also attached to the balcony, houses a therapeutic spa, sure to contribute to your relaxation. A superb 6’ x 65’ cedar dock awaits your watercraft. The fine sand beach is very safe for swimming, the gradient being very gentle, running from 1 ft to 4 feet on a distance of more than 60 feet.
