Superb Scandinavian-style chalet built in 2012 and located directly on Lac Simon.

The cottage has three stories and can comfortably welcome 10 guests. The mezzanine presents a luxurious master bedroom with an impressive view on Lac Simon. This open space master bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress offering unparalleled comfort, a lounging area and a vast private bathroom with a large podium tub and a spacious glassed shower.

The main floor has a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, also featuring a memory foam mattress offering great comfort. The dining room features a beautiful spacious square table offering a superb view on the lake. The living room is comfortably furnished with a stone fireplace mantle and a large Frontenac fireplace with guillotine doors allowing for splendid indoor fires. The living room also features a 60-inch plasma television and an excellent sound system, all connected to Bell ExpressVu for cinema buffs. On the same floor, you will also find a spacious luxury kitchen with a central island encompassing a wine cellar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a three-season cedar lined room with a gorgeous view on the lake. This structure houses a dining room, a large built-in barbecue for grilling, rain or shine, a refrigerator for drinks and a couch for relaxing. The main floor bathroom has a very large ceramic glassed-in shower with body jets.

The garden level offers a very elegant second living room with a wood stove conveying a cozy atmosphere. The room also offers a comfortable sofa bed, a 50-inch plasma screen connected to a Wii platform for entertainment, a Blue-Ray player for movies or simply watching Bell ExpressVu. The garden level also has two other well-appointed guest bedrooms, also offering queen-size beds with memory foam mattresses and sharing a bathroom with a shower as well as a laundry room.

The outdoor layout gives access to a vast terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with several chairs, convenient for appreciating the view or catching a few rays. Also at the garden level, you’ll find a stone patio with lounging areas and access to the room housing a luxurious therapeutic spa with panoramic view on the lake. The tub can easily welcome 8 guests for a relaxing interlude. A very spacious cedar dock awaits your watercraft. Two kayaks are available for your use.
