A spectacular retreat inspired by a Colombian hacienda
Nicknamed “The Cathedral” by locals, La Villa du Rocher is a one-of-a-kind property located on the shores of Lac Gagnon. Inspired by a Colombian hacienda, this remarkable villa was the dream project of Mr. Trudel, who built it almost entirely by himself with the help of his family, at a time when Chemin du Lac-Gagnon Est did not yet exist.
Built directly on a rocky point, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views spanning more than 280 degrees over the lake. With five fireplaces, five balconies each featuring its own relaxing space and perspective, and a stunning south-facing stone terrace, every corner of the property invites guests to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The villa features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room and two sofa beds in the living room. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, guests also have access to kayaks, a canoe, barbecue, board games, espresso machine, raclette grill and fondue set.
