Fragments

As a family, we produce natural wines from hardy vines. The vineyard faces due south on the slopes of the Petite-Nation River valley in the Outaouais region. We prioritize manual labor in the vineyard, and this philosophy extends to the winemaking process, where fermentation is spontaneous, using only indigenous yeasts, with no additives and no filtration. Everything is done naturally, resulting in unique wines for each vintage that are true to the terroir.
