As a family, we produce natural wines from rustic vines. The vineyard faces due south on the slopes of the Petite-Nation river valley in the Outaouais region. Manual labor is prioritized in the vineyard, and this philosophy extends to the winemaking process, where fermentations are spontaneous, using only indigenous yeasts, with no inputs and no filtration. Everything is done naturally, leading to unique cuvées for each vintage that are specific to the terroir.
