After moving from Valais in 1991, Mong and Ernest Jacquat fulfilled their dream in 2008 by taking over Ferme Floralpe, a cheese farm that has been a fixture in the region for over 35 years. Every day, they process goat’s milk of exceptional quality from the free-range herd owned by Mélissa and Martin Chaumont in Ontario.

A commitment to quality: The goats are fed hay from the farm and a corn mix free of hormones and antibiotics.
Unmatched freshness: The milk is collected every day and turned into delicious artisanal cheeses the very same day.
