Mong and Ernest Jacquat arrived from the Valais in 1991, and realized their dream in 2008 when they took over Ferme Floralpe, a cheese dairy that had been rooted in the region for over 35 years. Every day, they process goat's milk of exceptional quality, sourced from Mélissa and Martin Chaumont's free-range herd in Ontario.

A commitment to quality: the goats are fed the farm's own hay and corn mix, free from hormones and antibiotics.
Unrivalled freshness: the milk is collected daily and processed the same day into delicious artisan cheeses.
