Mong and Ernest Jacquat moved from Valais in 1991 and fulfilled their dream in 2008 when they took over Ferme Floralpe, a cheese farm that has been a fixture in the region for over 35 years. Every day, they process goat’s milk of exceptional quality from the free-range herd of Mélissa and Martin Chaumont in Ontario.

A commitment to quality: the goats are fed farm-grown hay and a corn mix free of hormones and antibiotics.
Unmatched freshness: the milk is collected daily and turned into delicious artisanal cheeses the very same day.
