Everything is included in your rental: bed linens, towels, firewood for the indoor fireplace and outdoor campfire, kitchen and bathroom accessories. Four refrigerators and four barbecues are available as well as high-speed Internet.

On the estate’s private lake, you’ll find two pedal boats, one canoe, one rowboat and one double kayak. You can also fish for speckled trout. There are 30 bicycles (16 adult size and 14 children size) available for guests who wish to explore the Lac-Simon bicycle trail. Have a dip in the large 18 x 33 heated pool before relaxing in the outdoor spa.

To enjoy winter activities, you’ll find 16 pairs of snowshoes, 10 GT Racers with steering and brakes, two children’s sleighs for walks. The large slide is immediately behind the cottage. The slide and trails are groomed regularly.

Snowshoeing or hiking expeditions on the estate’s trails or around Lac Simon and Lac de la Ferme. The Ruisseau Iroquois section of the National Trail in Québec. Skating enthusiasts will find a skating rink in the village (.5 km). Ice fishing is also an option.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Québec, at Lac Simon, is only 1 km away. In addition to swimming, you may rent boats, personal watercraft, pontoons, etc.

On rainy days, you can choose from a selection of 450+ films (DVD) with three different viewing options.
