The rapidly expanding maple grove now has more than 8,000 taps. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment and smart management via a mobile app, the maple syrup production combines modernity with exceptional quality.

The farm-to-table butcher shop is the culinary heart of the estate. Here you’ll find meats prepared on-site, a variety of cuts, homemade processed goods, the famous maple delicacies, and carefully cultivated garlic.
