Babine is also known for its soft-serve ice cream, generously coated in Belgian chocolate—a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth. Founded in 2023, Babine embodies the dream of its founders. Dominic, an inspired pastry chef, developed the Tartisan menu, showcasing his expertise and his love for artisanal pies. Christine, a passionate businesswoman, tackles every challenge with enthusiasm, driven by her love of chocolate and ice cream.
