Sleep closer to the cervids
Montebello, January 11, 2024 – Building on the success of its “Sleeping with Wolves” concept, Parc Omega is once again enhancing the visitor experience with the addition of 14 immersive accommodations at the heart of cohabitation with wild animals: fallow deer, white-tailed deer and, a new species, the European mouflon. With an investment of $10 million, these new modern and luxurious units are available year-round from now on and will offer a unique experience for observing these species in cohabitation.
“Parc Omega’s immersive accommodations are so popular that enhancing the offering has become essential in order to make this unique experience accessible to a greater number of people,” explains Claudiane Jolicoeur, Marketing Manager at Parc Omega.
Since 2018, Parc Omega has been offering accommodations where visitors can sleep in communion with animals. For this new concept, visitors will be able to observe a new species, the European mouflon. This endangered species has been welcomed to the park to contribute to its protection with the help of the Parc Omega Makwa Foundation, whose mission is to protect endangered species.
Accommodations in communion with nature
These 14 new luxurious, modern accommodation units, at the heart of the cohabitation of fallow deer, white-tailed deer and European mouflon, are built in a mountainous, rocky environment and differ from today’s traditional log cabins. This location allows the accommodation to blend in perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery, creating harmony with their surroundings. With a maximum capacity of four people, these units feature two closed bedrooms with two queen-size beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with indoor fireplace, bathroom with shower, Nespresso coffee machine, bedding, towels, outdoor fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the habitat of these incredible animals. Accommodation also includes access to the animal park for four people.
Interested people can book their stays now, on the Parc Omega website.
