Kenauk Nature offers you the chance to come back down to earth, with luxurious chalets, a climbing tower, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and a magic bus right on the trail. It's the perfect place to experience everything you need to get out of your comfort zone and fill your head with memories.
After spending some energy or relaxing on Kenauk's floating sauna, head to Les Brasseurs de Montebello, where you'll find a wide variety of locally concocted beers and the Souche-i restaurant. The menu is simply mouth-watering. Trust the chef for daily suggestions. You won't regret it.
The next day, why not hit a ball on one of the greens at one of the four golf clubs in Petite Nation. You'll be amazed by the beauty of the scenery and the quality of the courses.
A must for a perfect stay with friends is the Geo-Explora rally at Montebello. You'll have to solve riddles on an electric scooter. It's a unique opportunity to learn more about the region's history while having fun and discovering Mount Wescott, which offers spectacular views.
For art lovers, Galerie Solart in Ripon is the place to be. Ceramist and jeweler Michelle Lemire will greet you with a smile and wow you with her talent.
I also strongly suggest a visit to Ripon's Parc des Montagnes Noires, where you can admire Mont Tremblant from the belvedere or the new 12-metre observation tower. You can also enjoy a wide range of activities such as mountain biking and hiking. In short, whatever the season, it's impossible to get bored.
After a walk in the great outdoors, the evening can be rounded off with a meal of pasta or mussels at La Toquade in Saint-André-Avellin, or smoked meat at Carbo Barbecue. Both restaurants are sure to provide a memorable experience.
After spending a few days in Petite Nation, I'm sure you'll have plenty of stories to tell about your experiences over the years.
