Make the most of winter to enjoy great experiences

Providing experiences for your children is certainly one of the goals of many parents. In Petite Nation, you'll be delighted, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy in winter. In fact, you'll need more than one weekend to discover them all.

Sleep a night with the wolves. Why not? Parc Oméga promises enchanting moments in the company of these wild animals, which you'll have plenty of time to observe. After a good night's sleep, you can take the opportunity to tour the park.

Then it's on to Centre touristique du Lac-Simon in Duhamel for a chalet experience. Tubing will certainly be on the menu, as will a visit to the Lac-Simon ice trail. The illuminated forest trail is a must-see in Petite Nation.

The next day, La Meute Tanwen awaits you for a dogsled ride. This activity will appeal to parents and children alike. Ice fishing at Lac de la Ferme is also on the agenda, to see the little ones' eyes glisten with wonder.

In Chénéville, bring your sleds, tubes or "crazy carpet" to slide down the Allons au bois trail. Laughter and fun guaranteed!
