Bicycle repair stations

Description

In order to enhance the cycling experience on the Route Verte, the Papineau MRC has provided for bicycle repair stations and stands along route 148. Repair stations are located in the municipalities of Montebello, Papineauville, Plaisance and Thurso. Bicycle stands have been installed at the rest stop in Canton de Lochaber. These initiatives have been implemented thanks to the Papineau MRC Fonds de revitalisation de la route 148.

In addition, Canton de Lochaber, in partnership with Loisir Sport Outaouais has built a camping platform for cyclotourists..
