The Centre is dedicated to offering Vipassana meditation classes according to the teachings of S.N. Goenka. This non-sectarian technique proposes a process of mental purification. Although springing from the teachings of the Buddha, it is open to everyone regardless of race, background or belief and promises to be beneficial to all.
