In 1989, 79-year-old Elijah Jones had a vision: to create a golf course capable of challenging the best golfers while still being accessible to beginners. At 82 his vision came to life in the shape of a fabulous 274-acre site in the foothills of the majestic Laurentian Mountains. Developed without blasting, this site follows the natural contours of the land, offering remarkable changes in elevation and spectacular panoramas. Its generous fairways wind their way through more than 6,700 yards of vast mature forest. Héritage is among the nine most beautiful golf courses in Outaouais.

During the winter, it’s possible to skate on the pond as well as cross-country ski and snowshoe. Altitude is on-site for equipment rentals.
