Contest Participation Terms

 

  • One entry per person aged 18 and over, no exchange, not redeemable.
  • The grand prize is applicable for 2 people and is not transferable.
  • Transportation not included. Winners must have a car.

 

The stay must be completed before October 15, 2023. Exception for the Golf part at Golf Héritage: If weather conditions do not allow golfing, we will issue a voucher for the 2024 season. Contest rules

1. Organizer

The “Discover Petite Nation 2023” Contest is organized by MRC de Papineau 266, rue Viger Papineauville (Québec) J0V 1R0 819 427-6243

 

2. Eligibility

Eligibility for the contest depends on the following elements.

The participant must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older
  • Reside in the province of Quebec or Ontario
  • One entry per person
  • No exchange
  • Not redeemable
  • Not transferable
  • The grand prize is applicable for 2 people
  • Transportation not included

Employees and representatives of Petite Nation, and persons living with them, cannot participate in this contest.

 

3. Duration and Winners

“Discover Petite Nation 2023” Contest begins on August 11, 2023, at 9:00 AM and ends on September 1, 2023, at 9:00 AM, Eastern Time.

Designation of the (1) winner at random (draw witnessed by MRC de Papineau employees): September 1, 2023, at 2:30 PM.

The announcement will take place on Facebook. We will notify the (1) winner via a private message.

 

4. Free Participation/No Purchase Necessary

Subject to honoring the terms of this regulation, there are two (2) ways to participate.

MRC de Papineau reserves the right to cancel the contest and disqualify a participation that does not comply with this regulation.

 

5. Prizes

  • 1 Grand Prize valued at $1816, including: Two nights at Centre de vie Visit and tasting at Domaine Mont-Vézeau Spa experience at Fairmont Le Château Montebello $150 gift certificate at Restaurant Le Napoléon 1 round of golf at Auberge and Club de golf Héritage 1 gift basket of local products valued at $75
  • All prizes are for 2 people and are not redeemable, not refundable, and not transferable.

6. Prize Claim

The grand prize must be claimed no later than October 15, 2023, before 4:00 PM.

An MRC de Papineau employee will request the private message sent as proof.

 

7. General Conditions

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et de jeux (RACJ) for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of intervention in an attempt to resolve it.
