Pioneer Museum

The Musée des pionniers (Pioneer Museum) reveals an impressive architecture housing a rich collection of vintage items. In the course of your visit, you will step back in time and relive the history of a village from its modest beginnings at the time of the seigneury until the dawning of the 19^th century.

You will find more than a thousand vintage items, more than 600 photographs, animations and nearly 150 rare 19th-century novels. You may also browse school manuals, unpublished association archives, news clippings and writings concerning pioneer life.

A storage shed contains a large collection of old farm machinery. The museum also boasts a large number of religious vestments.
