Nearly a decade old, Toquade Bistro Bar has become a staple on the restaurant scene in the Petite Nation. The two owners, Lyne Rossignol and Yves Cossette, have opted for a bistro-style cuisine in a relaxed urban décor. Leg of duck confit, beef skirt steak, baby back ribs, a wide selection of quick sauteed pasta, home-smoked salmon from their smoker, and a large choice of deluxe burgers are among the specialties. A close-knit family, their children Sévrine and Laurier have joined the business in recent years.
