Renovated in 2013, this roomy cottage is located in Baie St-Laurent on Lac Simon and positioned in such a way as to allow you the privilege of admiring splendid sunsets on the lake.

The cottage is directly on the water with access to a superb one-hundred-foot beach, perfect for safe water activities.

There are three bedrooms (two with AC), a children’s room with two bunk beds (also with AC), a small sitting room (with a queen-size Murphy bed), as well as a playroom (with a double futon). Included is a fully equipped open space kitchen with large windows and a living room with wood fireplace, as well as a large-screen TV (with Bell express vu).

Two bathrooms offering luxury and convenience (one with bath-shower and one with spacious ceramic shower) and a separate room with washer and dryer. Complete bedding linen is included

Large patio for outdoor meals (BBQ and outdoor refrigerator), complete with a relaxation area including a spa offering a unique view of the lake from warm surroundings!

You may choose from an array of water activities including a rowboat, a pedal boat and two kayaks (personal flotation device mandatory). You can set out on a bicycle, snowshoe, cross-country skiing, snowmobile or ATV expedition directly from the cottage. During the summer, festivals abound. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to hear there are three courses nearby.
