In Papineauville, Chez Ti-Mousse immerses you in a warm, festive atmosphere, ideal for families. The all-you-can-eat meal features classic dishes: pea soup, baked beans, maple ham and the famous taffy on snow. On weekends, horse-drawn sleigh hikes add an enchanting touch to this gourmet experience.
Between tradition and terroir
In Lochaber, Ferme St Lap offers maple meals served on site or to take away. This homemade feast showcases local products and the expertise of sugar artisans. In addition to its sugar shack, the farm is renowned for its vegetable stand, open year-round.
A gourmet break in the heart of nature
From February 7 to April 21, 2025, the Parc Oméga sugar shack opens its doors to offer visitors a sweet experience in the heart of nature. Located on the Sugar Trail, it offers maple taffy, a seasonal must. In addition to taffy, other maple products are available on site.

Popcorn, cotton candy, maple meringues and the famous Larmes de dragon - a subtle blend of maple and coffee - offer a sweet experience that's both comforting and inventive. Each creation highlights the pure taste of maple, revisited with finesse and savoir-faire.
A maple grove with a taste of Prohibition
In Ripon,Érablière des Montagnes Noires offers a unique approach, combining traditional know-how with historical inspiration. Founded by Pierre Caplette, it stands out for its smoked maple syrup and maple spirits, including Cuvée Prohibition, a 30% alcohol liqueur made with a copper whisky still.
Traditional know-how and exclusive distribution
With 10,000 taps on 300 acres, the sugar bush produces a large quantity of 34-gallon barrels of syrup every spring. Its artisanal process uses a cedar smokehouse and wood-fired heating, guaranteeing exceptional quality. Its products are sold online only, with free delivery to the Petite-Nation Valley and Gatineau.
