Domaine Mont-Vézeau is one of Petite Nation's winegrowing gems. Located in the heart of the region, this vineyard stretches over 75 acres at the foot of Mont Vézeau, offering a landscape of striking natural beauty. Wine lovers can enjoy red and white grape varieties selected for their hardiness, capable of withstanding Quebec's harsh winters. These include Adelmina, Marquette and Frontenac, which produce wines with rich, complex aromas.

As the harvest approaches in September, Domaine Mont-Vézeau is gearing up for a busy season. Visitors are invited to come and taste the wines directly at the boutique or enjoy a 5 à 7 on the terrace on Fridays and Saturdays. Gourmets can also enjoy our famous Roman-style pizza, perfect with a glass of local wine. What's more, a new cuvée of traditional method sparkling wine will be launched in the coming weeks, an excellent reason to come back for an autumn tasting.

Since 2019, this family business has invested in the production of natural wines, cultivating rustic vines with great passion. Located due south on the sunny slopes of the river valley in Petite Nation, Outaouais, the vineyard extends over 11,000 feet of vines. The company favors manual labor, a philosophy that is also reflected in its winemaking methods. Fermentations are entirely spontaneous, relying solely on the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes. No inputs or filtration are used, allowing each vintage to reveal a unique and authentic cuvée, a true reflection of the terroir. In autumn, visitors can make an appointment for a personalized visit, including wine tasting, bottle purchase and an insight into the estate's viticultural practices.

Vignoble Ste-Angélique, located in Papineauville, is another not-to-be-missed stop on the Petite Nation wine trail. Since 2008, this vineyard has taken root in the region's fertile clay soils, growing nearly 9,000 plants on 2.8 hectares. Vignoble Ste-Angélique specializes in grape varieties adapted to the northern climate, such as Marquette and Frontenac, which produce robust, flavorful wines.

This vineyard offers a varied range of wines, including reds, whites, rosés, sparkling wines and even orange wines. The minimalist approach to intervention allows the grapes' natural aromas to express themselves fully, offering an authentic tasting experience.
