Reconnecting with the land is exactly what Kenauk Nature has in mind for you with its luxury cottages, its climbing tower, skeet shooting and axe throwing facilities, fishing and the magic bus located directly in the trail. It’s the perfect place to enjoy all kinds of new experiences, to step out of your comfort zone and to fill your mind with wonderful experiences.
After spending lots of energy or relaxing in Kenauk’s floating spa, it’s time to head for Brasseurs de Montebello where you’ll find a great choice of locally crafted beers, and the Souche-i restaurant. The menu is altogether enticing. Trust the chef with his daily suggestions. You won’t regret it.
The following day, why not hit a few balls on the greens of one of the four golf courses in the Petite Nation. You’ll be impressed with the beautiful scenery and the quality of the links.
A must for a perfect holiday among friends is the rally offered by Géo-Explora in Montebello. You’ll have to resolve enigmas while riding electric scooters. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn more about the history of the region while having fun and discovering Mount Wescott and its spectacular views.
Art enthusiasts won’t want to miss Galerie Solart in Ripon. The artist, ceramist and jewellery-maker Michelle, will welcome you with a smile and astonish you with her talent.
Also, I strongly recommend a visit to Parc des Montagnes Noires de Ripon where you can admire Mont Tremblant from the lookout or the new 12 m observation tower. You can also engage in several activities such as mountain biking and hicking. In short, whatever the season, boredom is out of the question.
After walking and expending your energy in nature, you can top off the evening with a good meal of pasta and mussels at la Toquade in Saint-André-Avellin or some smoked meat at Carbo Barbecue. Either of these restaurants will constitute a memorable experience.
After a few days in the Petite Nation, I’m convinced that you’ll have stories to exchange about your experiences for years to come.
