New on the Route verte!

To enhance the cycling experience on the Route Verte, the MRC de Papineau has set up repair stations and bike racks along Highway 148. The repair stations are located in the municipalities of Montebello, Papineauville, Plaisance and Thurso. The bike racks have been installed at the Canton de Lochaber rest area. These initiatives were made possible by the MRC de Papineau's Highway 148 Revitalization Fund.

In addition, the Canton de Lochaber, in partnership with Loisir Sport Outaouais and the MRC de Papineau, has set up a camping platform for cyclotourists.
