Sleep close to the deer
Montebello, January 11, 2024 - Building on the success of its "Sleeping with Wolves" concept, Parc Oméga is once again enhancing the visitor experience with the addition of 14 immersive accommodations at the heart of cohabitation with wild animals: fallow deer, white-tailed deer and, a new species, the Corsican bighorn sheep. With an investment of some $10 million, these new modern and luxurious units are available year-round from now on, and will offer a unique experience for observing these species in cohabitation.
"Parc Oméga's immersive accommodations are so popular that it's essential to enhance the offering to make this unique experience accessible to a wider audience," explains Claudiane Jolicoeur, Marketing Manager at Parc Oméga.
Since 2018, Parc Omega has been offering accommodation where visitors can sleep in communion with the animals. For this new concept, visitors will be able to observe a brand new species, the Corsican mouflon. This endangered species has been welcomed to the park to contribute to its protection with the help of the Parc Oméga Makwa Foundation, whose mission is to protect endangered species.
