Produce a unique cider from an available, untapped resource: wild apples.

Cleared and inhabited at a late stage, Petite Nation alternates between wooded hills and open spaces, where nature is slowly regaining ground on formerly agricultural areas.

Roadsides, abandoned fields, barnsides - these are all places where seeds spread by wildlife.

The mission of the Les pommes perdues project is to develop an unused natural resource into a product that authentically and proudly reflects the terroir of our region, the Petite Nation.

Sometimes bitter, sometimes sour, and often damaged, wild apples are a tough match for our crisp, beautiful apples from the grocery store....

But what to do with it? Excellent cider, of course!
