Vineyard

Located at the base of Mont Vézeau, the nine-acre vineyard boasts 9,000 vine plants of different red and white varieties.

In order to counter the bitter winter cold, we have selected hybrid varietals whose cold hardiness allows them to survive temperatures reaching –35 °C.

White varieties: Adelmina, Vandal Cliche, Frontenac gris, Frontenac blanc, Prairie Star, Louise Swenson.

Red varieties: Marquette, Frontenac rouge, Ste-Croix, Radisson, Sabrevoix, Pionnier.

Strawberries

Covering five acres, the strawberry field holds 6 strawberry varieties and 5,400 raspberry plants. In order to stretch the picking season, the Domaine has selected varieties ranging from early to extra late production while diversifying their characteristics to please various tastes and uses.

In season, strawberries are available fresh-picked or as pick-your-own.
