Mezzanine

offers three bedrooms, two with two single beds as well as the master bedroom with a king-size bed sharing one bathroom with a rustic style vanity offering two washbasins and a corner whirlpool bath.

Main floor

The main floor also offers two guest bedrooms, one with a single bed and a bunk bed (double on the bottom single on top) and the other with a queen-size bed, both sharing a bathroom with shower. The centrally located kitchen is sure to please with a cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer and a four-stool breakfast bar. The dining room and living room form an open area including a ceramic fireplace and offer a spectacular view of Lac Simon, thanks to wall-to-wall windows on the façade.

Basement

The basement is the entertainment centre offering pool, poker, fussball and ping-pong tables as well as a high definition flatscreen television. You’ll also find a bathroom with shower as well as a fully equipped laundry room.

Outdoors

The exterior layout is especially designed to allow you to experience the outdoors, whatever the season. The spacious terrace has a gas BBQ, reclining chairs and a dining area.
